Einnahme

Zubereitung & Verzehrempfehlung

30 g Pulver (ca. 3 gehäufte Esslöffel) und 350 ml kaltes Wasser in den Mixbecher geben und 20 Sekunden lang schütteln. Trinken Sie täglich 1–2 Portionen.
