Terms and Conditions for the “22 Years of IronMaxx” Giveaway

Instagram Giveaway on @ironmaxx_nutrition

Giveaway period: 08 October 2026 to 21 October 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CEST)

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is IronMaxx® Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinpromenade 10, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “IronMaxx” or “we”).

2. No Affiliation with Instagram

This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. IronMaxx is solely responsible for all questions relating to the giveaway.

By participating, participants release Instagram and Meta from any and all claims arising in connection with the giveaway.

3. Prize

Among all valid entries, we will raffle 2 vouchers worth €222 each for the IronMaxx online shop at ironmoxx.shop. There will be two winners, and each person may win a maximum of one voucher.

  • The voucher is valid until [DD.MM.YYYY] and can be redeemed in one or more orders. Any unused remaining balance will remain available until the voucher expires.

  • The prize or any remaining voucher balance cannot be paid out in cash.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits or services.

4. Participation Period

The giveaway runs from 08 October 2026 until 21 October 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CEST). Entries submitted after the end of the participation period will not be considered.

5. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany.

  • Participants must have their own Instagram account, which must be publicly visible throughout the giveaway period and until the winners are drawn.

  • Employees of IronMaxx and companies affiliated with IronMaxx, employees of agencies involved in organizing the giveaway, and their relatives are excluded from participation.

  • We are entitled to request proof of age and residence before awarding the prize. If such proof is not provided, the prize will be forfeited.

6. How to Participate

To submit a valid entry, all three steps below must be completed during the participation period:

  1. Follow the Instagram account @ironmaxx_nutrition.

  2. Like the giveaway post “22 Jahre IronMaxx”.

  3. Comment on the giveaway post with your favorite IronMaxx product and tag another person in the comment.

Participation is free and does not require a purchase. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Only one entry per person counts; multiple comments or multiple accounts do not increase the chances of winning. People may only be tagged in the comments and not directly in the image itself.

7. Bonus Entry by Sharing the Post in Your Story

Anyone who submits a valid entry (Section 6) and additionally shares the giveaway post in their own Instagram Story during the participation period while tagging @ironmaxx_nutrition will receive a second entry and therefore have double the chance of winning.

  • Sharing the post in a Story is voluntary and is not a requirement for participation.

  • Each person may receive a maximum of one bonus entry, regardless of how many times the post is shared.

  • Only Stories that are visible to @ironmaxx_nutrition will be counted. Stories shared with “Close Friends,” from a private profile, or with visibility settings that prevent us from accessing them cannot be considered.

  • We will document Story tags by screenshot during the participation period, as Stories disappear after 24 hours. This documentation will be decisive for awarding the bonus entry.

8. Winner Selection

The winners will be selected at random on 22 October 2026 from all valid entries. Each valid participant receives one entry, while participants with a valid Story share receive two entries.

9. Notification and Prize Delivery

  • The winners will be notified shortly after the draw exclusively by the official account @ironmaxx_nutrition via direct message (DM) on Instagram.

  • The winners must confirm their prize by DM within 7 days of receiving the notification. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

  • The voucher code will be sent via Instagram direct message.

  • The names of the winners will not be published without their express consent.

Beware of fake accounts: We will contact winners exclusively through @ironmaxx_nutrition. We will never request payments, fees, card details, passwords, or clicks on external links. Messages from other accounts pretending to be IronMaxx are fake. Please report and block such accounts.

10. Disqualification

We reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation or subsequently revoke a prize if they violate these terms and conditions, provide false information, use fake accounts, bots, or automated methods, or manipulate the giveaway in any other way.

The same applies to comments containing offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, or promotional content. In such cases, a replacement winner will be drawn.

11. Early Termination or Modification

We reserve the right to interrupt, modify, or terminate the giveaway early for good cause without prior notice.

Good cause includes, in particular, circumstances in which proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons, such as technical disruptions, manipulation, or changes to Instagram’s terms of use.

12. Liability

IronMaxx shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In all other respects, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for technical disruptions on Instagram, particularly for comments, likes, or Stories that are not displayed or are displayed late.

13. Data Protection

Controller responsible for data processing in connection with the giveaway is IronMaxx® Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinpromenade 10, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany.

Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at datenschutz@ironmaxx.de.

What data we process: Instagram username, the public content of your participation (like, comment, and tag), and, in the case of a Story share, a screenshot of the Story. If you win, we will additionally process the content of the direct messages and, if proof is requested pursuant to Section 5, the information provided for this purpose.

Purpose and legal basis: We process this data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, including verifying participation, selecting the winners, notifying the winners, and awarding the prizes. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. No data will be shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Storage period: The data will be deleted after the giveaway and prize distribution have been completed, and no later than three months after the draw, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Instagram: Participation takes place via Instagram, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Meta’s Privacy Policy applies to data processing carried out by Instagram.

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may end your participation at any time by deleting your comment or contacting us at datenschutz@ironmaxx.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

14. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Should any individual provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
