Wie verwende ich das Oil Spray?
Schüttle die Dose vor Gebrauch und sprühe aus etwa 20 cm Entfernung eine dünne Schicht auf die kalte Pfanne, Backform oder das Lebensmittel. Erhitze das Kochgeschirr erst anschließend; sprühe nicht auf heiße Oberflächen oder in offene Flammen.
Hat jeder Sprühstoß nur 2 kcal?
Nur ein kurzer Sprühstoß von etwa ¼ Sekunde entspricht einer Portion mit 2 kcal. Bei längerem Sprühen verwendest du entsprechend mehr Öl.
Wie heiß darf ich das Öl erhitzen?
