Terms and Conditions for the “22 Years of IronMaxx” Giveaway

2. No connection with Instagram
This contest is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. The sole contact for all questions regarding the contest is IronMaxx. By participating, the participants release Instagram and Meta from all claims related to the contest.
3.Prize
Among all valid entries, we are giving away 2 vouchers worth 222 € each for the IronMaxx online shop at ironmoxx.shop. There are two winners, each person can win only one voucher.
- The voucher is valid until 22.10.2027 and can be redeemed in one or more orders. Any unused remaining balance will be retained until the end of the validity period.
- A cash payout of the prize or any remaining balance is not possible.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
4. Participation period
The competition runs from 08.10.2026 to 21.10.2026, 23:59 (CEST). Entries received after the end of the period will not be considered.
5.Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over residing in Germany.
- A prerequisite is having your own Instagram account, which must be publicly visible during the contest period and until the draw.
- Excluded are employees of IronMaxx and companies affiliated with IronMaxx, employees of agencies involved in the execution, as well as their relatives.
- We are entitled to request proof of age and residence before handing over the prize. If proof is not provided, the prize will be forfeited.
6. How to participate
For a valid entry, all three steps must be completed during the contest period:
- Follow the Instagram account @ironmaxx_nutrition.
- Like the contest post "22 Years IronMaxx".
- Comment under the contest post with your favorite IronMaxx product and tag another person in the comment.
Participation is free and not dependent on a purchase. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning. Each person is allowed one entry, multiple comments or multiple accounts do not increase the chance of winning. People may only be tagged in the comments, not on the image itself.
7. Bonus ticket through story share
Those who participate validly (number 6) and additionally share the contest post in their own Instagram story during the contest period, tagging @ironmaxx_nutrition , will receive a second ticket and thus double the chance of winning.
- Sharing in the story is voluntary and not a requirement for participation.
- Each person can receive a maximum of one bonus ticket, regardless of how many times the post is shared.
- Only stories visible to @ironmaxx_nutrition count. Stories shared via "Close Friends," a private profile, or visibility settings that are not accessible to us cannot be considered.
- We secure story tags during the campaign period via screenshot, as stories disappear after 24 hours. This documentation is decisive for the bonus ticket.
8. Drawing
The winners will be drawn at random on 22.10.2026 from all valid entries. Valid participants receive one ticket, participants with a valid story share receive two tickets.
9. Notification and Prize Delivery
- The winners will be notified shortly after the drawing exclusively by the official account @ironmaxx_nutrition via direct message (DM) on Instagram.
- The winners must confirm the prize within 7 days of receiving the message via DM. If there is no response within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement person will be drawn.
- The voucher code will be sent via Instagram direct message.
- The names of the winners will not be published without their explicit consent.
Beware of fake accounts: We only contact winners via @ironmaxx_nutrition. We never request payments, fees, card details, passwords, or clicks on external links. Messages from other accounts posing as IronMaxx are fake. Please report and block such accounts.
10.
Exclusion from ParticipationWe reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation or to subsequently revoke a prize if they violate these terms and conditions, provide false information, use fake accounts, bots, or automated procedures, or otherwise manipulate the contest. The same applies to comments with offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or promotional content. In such cases, a substitute winner will be drawn.
11. Premature Termination or Modification
We reserve the right to interrupt, modify, or terminate the contest prematurely for important reasons without prior notice. An important reason exists, in particular, if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons, such as in the case of disruptions, manipulation, or changes to Instagram's terms of use.
12.Liability
IronMaxx is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We do not assume liability for technical disruptions on Instagram, especially for comments, likes, or stories that are not displayed or displayed late.
13. Data Protection

Which data we process: Instagram username, the public content of your participation (like, comment, tag), and in the case of a story share, a screenshot of the story.In the event of a win, we also process the contents of direct messages and, if proof is requested according to section 5, the information provided for this purpose.
Purpose and legal basis: We process this data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition, i.e., for verifying participation, drawing lots, notification, and prize delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. There is no transfer to third parties for advertising purposes.
Storage duration: The data will be deleted after the competition and prize delivery have been completed, at the latest three months after the draw, unless there are statutory retention obligations.
Instagram: Participation takes place via Instagram, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. The privacy policy of Meta applies to processing by Instagram.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can end your participation at any time by deleting your comment or writing to us at datenschutz@ironmaxx.de . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example, with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia.

14. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
